In our interview we discuss what started Dean on his journey to becoming the Ultramarathon Man, whether it is possible to feel fulfilled by life without a purpose, and the importance of finding and living your passion, what attracts him to running the extreme distances he runs, and how he is looking to see the limits of what he can personally do. We talk about how he keeps himself focused and motivated during his long distance running challenges and the need for resilience.
